ran a 4-mile race last saturday. it was called a slacker race because it was all down hill - let me tell you, not so much a slacker moment as the impact is stronger and my ankle is still swollen. nonetheless, we had fun =)

you kick ass! i know i joined in calling it the slacker marathon...and yet there's nothing slacker about running 4 miles - in any conditions!
