last saturday we climbed mt. bierstadt, one of the easiest 14-ers in colorado. what's a 14-er, you ask? well, it's a mountain that is in the 14,000 ft range above sea level. bethann organized it, and the crazy people that accepted (this included leaving denver at 5am) where luke, jim, jenny, mark, jared, and the worley's, and by the worley's i mean all three, including 8 month old hayden. but the real props go out to dave, for going up the mountain with hayden on his back. enjoy the pics!
halfway there...

at eye level with the other 14-ers...

snow at the bottom of the summit, if that makes sense...

welcome to the top!!! crap, hail and thunderstorming, let's get out of here!!

introducing the real hero... david worley!!!

for taking precious hayden all the way to the top!
